About the event
Class size is limited to 8 so please register in advance on Surge Sauna and Cold Plunge website. The class is $35 in total and includes a day pass for use of the sauna/cold plunges. The day pass can be used before or after the class. The studio closes the sauna, cold plunges, and red light therapy at 9:30 PM. Namaste and see you soon!
