To prepare for a sound bath please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, bring an open mind, water for after the session, and wear clothes that you feel comfy and cozy in, ideally something that keeps you warm. Socks or something to keep your feet warm are also recommended. Eye masks are optional but may also allow you to go deeper in the session. Depending on the location of the event you may be asked to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.

05
What should I expect during and after sound bath? Do I need any experience? What may happen during the session?

Expect meditation and/or breathwork to begin, followed by sound healing instruments being played while you rest quietly. The session ends with a gradual return to awareness and a few moments to stretch and reorient before leaving. No experience is needed to participate in a sound bath. You may fall asleep, become deeply relaxed, feel a sense of calm or reduced stress, have an emotional release, have vivid thoughts or imagery, and/or feel refreshed afterwards.
