*Bring your own mat, blanket, eye cover, water, and jacket. Anything else to make you feel the comfiest.
Join me for a *donation based* Full Moon Eclipse sound bath meditation at Marsh Creek State Park on Monday, September 16th. We will gently flow with mindful movement at the beginning and settle into a deep state of relaxation through meditation and sound bath. ✨😌 This full moon eclipse is in Pisces (MY moon sign!!!!) and is all about nurturing intimacy within your closest relationships and perhaps taking stock of what helps you to feel most comfortable when dealing with money matters with a loved one or significant other, because it falls in your emotional bonds zone. Bring a friend or SO or just yourself to this event!
