About the event
Relax and unwind with sound bath yoga for 90 minutes on Saturday, September 28 at 5 pm. The class is donation based starting at $30. This is a gentle form of combined yoga and meditation along with calming sound bowls and other sound healing instruments. The class is located at Tri-County Chiropractic of Exton, PA. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Towels will be provided for savasana, but personal eye covers can be brought as well. Thank you in advance!
