Mala Making Group Workshop

Hosting your next girls night or special occasion activity? Making Malas as a group is a wonderful mindful bonding experience. During the workshop, students will learn about the history and significance of meditation malas, take time to set their intentions, and then create their own, 108 bead, hand-knotted mala infused with theirs prayers & energy. Mala making takes approximately 3 hours and includes a chakra balancing meditation.
